Rhode Island Business Competition Application Deadline is March 29th

PROVIDENCE - (March 17, 2021) - The Rhode Island Business Competition application process closes at 5pm EST on Monday, March 29th. We have already received some exciting applications but we know there are many other great businesses in Rhode Island that could benefit from the cash and prizes we offer. Last year we awarded over $180,000 in cash and prizes including accounting and legal services, co-working space, and more!

Applicants may submit an idea for an early stage or seed stage company. This typically is a business proposal at the inventor stage where there is an idea, a concept, or even a product, but little or no income.

No industry is favored over any other. The Competition has received applications for many industries, including data management, food & beverage, education, energy, entertainment, green technology, health & nutrition, hospitality, insurance, maritime operations, med-tech, and software.
