Join us for the Rhode Island Business Competition’s newest workshop, Legal Considerations for Start-Ups. Meaghan Krupa, Co-Chair of the Rhode Island Business Competition and a Partner at Hinckley Allen, and Jessie Reniere, a Corporate Associate at Hinckley Allen, will provide a general overview of corporate matters for start-ups and entrepreneurs, covering topics like entity selection, contracting and corporate formalities.

Networking will be from 5:30 - 6:00pm. Presentation will begin at 6:00pm. This event is free and open to the public.
